Our Heswall studio is located inside Heswall squash club. We are the home of Wirral’s only Aerial yoga bromborough classes. Although our Heswall studio is non-hot, we promise that you that after your session your soul will feel soothed and your body brand new. Free parking and shower facilities are available at both locations. During the warmer months we will be running outdoor yoga bromborough classes on the grass area outside.

We have just started running yoga bromborough classes and courses inside the really lovely Real Food Kitchen based in Neston. Upstairs there is a small intimate studio which holds 10 mats.

A relaxing heated studio with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We offer a range of yoga classes to suite all. Finding a great yoga class is just like finding a great arts school. A perfect arts school that has amazing teachers who have expertise in subjects related to your interest can make you a great artist while an average school or a not-so-good kind of school won't be able to make you shine. Heswall Yoga studios are basically places dedicated to practicing yoga. They are to yoga practice what a martial arts studio is to martial arts. Depending on where you live, you may not be able to find a yoga studio nearby. Even if you find one or more, they may not meet your budget or your needs.

Yoga offers many health benefits for the body and the mind. Hatha Yoga works on strength and stamina through breathing and poses. It primes the individual for quietness and helps your mind to be taught to stay peaceful. There are different styles of Hatha Yoga ranging from beginner to advance with poses that can be acrobatic to stretching. Hatha yoga means, "yoga for health”, and uses physical poses to explore the inner structures of the body and the mind. It provides the framework for the experiences of physical, mental, and spiritual wholeness.
