This will be focused purely on creating a funnel that will automatically convert new people visiting your blog into leads, which you can that promote and sell through in an email data base.
I would also like to state that if you're considering making money through blogging that most people fail at this because they don't know the simple mechanics of just MARKETING, or they either don't have the will to persist through the inevitable challenges that come through in business.
With these two facts out of the way, let's get down to the real meat and potatoes of how huge six to seven figure marketers actually make their money. First, what you must have in your blog is a marketing funnel that will allow people to come to your site, allow these people to convert into leads if they want more information about your business, and through becoming a lead they can convert into sales if you give them the value they need to make an informed decision.
So the first step into setting this in place is doing the proper market research of your niche, finding out who your audience is, what the message will be for these people, what specific problems they are having, how you are the solution to these problems and so forth.
A true marketer must take into account what people are actually facing in real life and must provide solutions in order to actually experience long term success. After you have taken into account all of these factors you want to go ahead and start writing content based off of keyword research and tailor your message to what the audience is expecting.
Provide useful information first and FOREMOST before promoting anything else. You want to stand out from the thousands of spammers that are out in cyber space and actually providing useful information will separate you instantly.
After you go ahead and provide relevant content through the written word, videos and pictures you can then offer them an opportunity to opt into your mailing list where you will provide them more relevant useful information. When you send them email messages be sure to send testimonials, useful information and even an opportunity to buy into your products.
Over time you will develop more success as you find out what works best for what niche. It requires patient practice, consistency and willingness to actually be of service long term versus short term gratifications.
